How much of my donation actually goes toward for for the kids at Clark Memorial?

Almost 100%.  PEEPS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is completely operated by volunteers.  We have no salary costs and our storage space is donated by Winchester First United Methodist Church.  This means we have almost no overhead other than filing fees and banking fees so your money gets used to purchase resources needed by kids in crisis that attend Clark Memorial Elementary.

I’d like to donate.  How can I do that?

Awesome!  Thank you!  You can donate online at peepstn.org – currently we only accept PayPal online – more to come with Venmo and another giving option. You can send a check to:

PEEPS

45 Fanning Cove Dr.

Winchester, TN 37398

You can purchase feminine hygiene items or deodorant and toothbrush/toothpaste and other items we distribute (coats, jackets, socks, underwear)

Do you accept donations of gently used clothing?

No, we only accept and deliver new clothing items.

Can a parent of a child request needed items?

No.  The only requests that PEEPS is authorized to fill are those that come confidentially through our app submitted by a school’s counselor, nurse, or ESL teacher.  Teachers that recognize needs just need to share that with the school counselor.

What is PEEPS?

PEEPS (an acronym for Providing Essentials, Encouragement and Practical Support) is a charity founded in 2025 to provide basic new clothing essentials (things like coats, shoes, socks, underwear, shirts, pants, basic hygiene, feminine hygiene) to students at Clark Memorial Elementary on demand during school hours at the request of a school’s nurse, counselor or ESL teacher.

How did PEEPS get started?

PEEPS is modeled after a charity in Williamson County called NOOK which provides similar services to the schools in that county.  It has been a dream of the founder to bring similar services to Winchester

What is the mission of PEEPS?

At PEEPS, our mission is to eliminate barriers to learning by providing new essential items and practical support to underprivileged elementary school students. By offering brand-new clothing and hygiene supplies, we aim to build self-esteem and help every child feel confident, cared for, and ready to succeed. Through the power of community and the dedication of our volunteers, we strive to create lasting, positive impact in the lives of the children we serve

How does it work?

We have volunteers on call during every school day.  Counselors and nurses can text a request for resources in the app and the volunteer on call with deliver the needed item to the school.
